Gaiman is God I love the Sandman series, "The Kindly Ones" being my favorite. Of course I love Death and Delirium, but the best supporting character has to be Merv. "Who am I? Lady, I'm your worst nightmare: a pumpkin with a gun". Heh.
I still don't know why they haven't made a movie of it yet, but in a way I'm glad...they can't ruin it that way.
Alan Moore is a visionary as well, but Gaiman will always be my favorite.
