Why I like comics and women who do as well I just think that women who are into comics tend to be smart and cool.
When I was a kid growing up in the mountains of southern Appalachia I fell in love with the X-Men. I would imagine that I would become an adolescent and get some kind of awesome mutant power. That was when I got hooked.
I like all kinds of comics. Right now I am into revisiting the Walking Dead and Sin City and lots of Noir Comics like Crime.
When I was a kid I would work for comic money. One time I mouthed off to my mom and she had the guy who owned the local comic store tell me this:
"Collecting comics is a privilege. You are lucky enough to have a brain that understands their value and the ability to live in a place free of war and famine so you can spend your money on them. So don't be a spoiled brat and appreciate what you have."
