The Merc With A Mouth I didn't get into comics until college when my friend introduced me to Deadpool. From that point, I was hooked. In addition to DP, I'm a huge fan of Neil Gaiman's Sandman, Peter David's Fallen Angel and Fables. I also like stand-alones such as "Unwritten" and "Mail Order Bride". The Visitor was cool too.
Currently, I'm working with an artist on a graphic novel. We wanted to have a table at 2010 SPX(indie comic convention) but they were booked solids, so we're planning to reserve for next year.
Other interests include reading, swimming at the local pool, spending time with the family/friends, taking classes in random things that interest me (so far this summer, I've done a class on how to teach ADHD students, jewelry making and getting your work published.) and finding interesting things to do in my city/community.
